This machine allows avoiding product damage while increasing efficiency by eliminating labor hours loading and unloading with several people and pieces of equipment. The reduction in man power or unloading containers creates a much safer environment for this process.
The floor height of this slip sheet container loader is 50″ – 60″ with rear and front height adjustments. To safety unload the container there are hydraulic locking pins to align and hold the container in place. The sheet slip then slides under the load to safely pull load out of the container.
Another safety feature of the Combi CSS is the three operator cameras for full visibility. Also, laser guide alignment for a precise process when aligning the slip sheet to the container.
